A package to help clients purge, pack, unpack, stage your home and depersonalize before listing photos and showings. After moving includes decorating and organizing your new home. 

In need of some serious help decorating for the holidays? Let Living Precisely help you move stored boxes, unload and decorate and also do shopping for decor if need be! 

We also highly recommend hiring us after the holidays to properly put away and store all holiday decorations.   

Are you wanting to tackle the spaces in your home on your own but need some professional advice? This is the plan for you including a consultation, list of products and ways to implement systems to make your space functional but with a luxury feel. 

Organizing products are essential to completing a functional space. Products are purchased by Living Precisely and are not included in separate service charge.    

An in person or virtual consultation to start the process. This hour appointment will consist of measurements, taking photos and design the perfect space you're looking for.

After the consultation, a space plan will be made, products will be picked and an estimate will be sent over to you. Once you agree upon the estimate, a date and time will be picked to start on your spaces. 

At this time there will also be a deposit of 50% of the quoted estimate collected to hold the date that was requested. 

At your scheduled service date we will help you purge and declutter items you no longer need (this includes expired items). All spaces will be emptied and cleaned, decanted or stored and put in their correct locations and last but not least, labeled. After all items are styled in their spaces a final walkthrough will take place to ensure you know where all items are located.
